We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any item in a gift basket that may be sold out and/or unavailable. We will replace the item with another gift or food item of equal or more value.
Actual packages may differ slightly from photo due to product availability.
If the package has not been delivered and/or the baked goods have not been made for a specific package you can cancel your order. If the package has baked goods that have already been made you cannot cancel your order.
Basket House is an approved vendor of Texas Tech University, and handles all Tech Treats Care Packages for TTU Hospitality Department. We are located at 5412 Slide Road, Lubbock, Texas.
Tech Treats will deliver your package to the student’s Resident Hall Office. For a complete list of Resident Hall locations see list below.
Tech Treats cannot deliver the packages directly to the student’s room for residence hall security reasons.
If the student lives off campus please provide the address and apartment name if it applies.
Following delivery, the student will be notified by email that they have a package to be picked up at their Resident Hall or apartment office. Tech Treats will also notify the student by text message (to student’s phone) if they have not picked up their package.
Tech Treats will deliver your package to the office or location provided by the purchaser. Tech Treats will deliver off campus for an additional fee. Please provide an address and phone number. If the recipient is absent from the specified delivery location at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the department’s front desk or with a department supervisor.
Following delivery, the student will be emailed and texted to notify them that they have a package at their Resident Hall or apartment office to be picked up. They will also be told what day they need to pick up their package by in order to guarantee the baked goods are fresh.
We will continue to notify the student until the package has been picked up. If the student has not picked up the package by the end of the baked goods ‘fresh-by’ date, the package will be picked up and brought back to Basket House located at 5412 Slide Road. We cannot refund the payment for a package if the recipient does not pick it up.
Following delivery, the student will be notified by email that they have a package to be picked up at their Resident Hall or apartment Office.
If the package has not been picked up, the student will be notified by text message and/or email again. Tech Treats will notify the purchaser if the package is not picked up on a timely basis.
If the student has not picked up their package by two weeks after the delivery date, they will be notified again. The purchaser will be copied on the email and will be called as well. At this time the package will be brought back to Basket House located at 5412 Slide Road and the student will be notified they must pick it up there.
The student will need to go to their residence hall or apartment office to pick up their package. The student should bring photo ID and mention they are picking up a Tech Treat.

You must order at least three business days before your desired delivery date. If your order is received on a weekend or a school break, your care package will be processed on the next business day. If you would like to rush your delivery see, What is rush delivery?
For an extra fee of $15.00 a Tech Treat Care Package can be delivered in 1 to 2 business days. If you would like rush delivery you can choose this option at checkout when purchasing on the website.
